LinkedIn Ratings & Reviews Added to User Profiles 2021 Update

The update of LinkedIn profile will allow rating and review of the skills provided by the user as a service provider.

The comments will be displayed in a new section of the user profile with the service list option enabled.

LinkedIn’s service listing feature enables service providers and SMBs to highlight the skills they can provide to potential customers.

It was launched in 2019, and until now it is just a static list of different service names.

The service section of LinkedIn’s profile will now host previous customer reviews, which is an effective way to stand out and market yourself in a highly competitive field.

Users who have enabled the service page on their profile have received an email from LinkedIn.

In order to prevent abuse by both parties, LinkedIn comments can only be left by invitation.

This should protect users from negative reviews. To prevent users from sending spam emails to contacts through comment invitations, each user will have 20 invitation points.

This strict restriction should encourage users to think carefully about whom to send the invitation to.

If you have not yet created a service page on your LinkedIn profile, now is the best time to do so.

Please refer to the instructions in the next section.
