Optimize Your Images As Per The Google Advice, Otherwise Image Search Ranking Will Be Down - May Update 2021

Google’s John Mueller posted a great post on Twitter on how to optimize your images and make your page load faster.

At the same time, he also considered that this could affect his ranking in Google image search.

John posted several tweets with this information on Twitter.

This was shortly after John published an excellent Google tutorial on Google Video SEO.

But let’s focus on John’s advice on image optimization, and if possible, let’s not lose Google’s ranking.
